You will probably shop several builders and communities, always remember to let the builders, salespeople or people sitting in the model know that I am your agent, when you do resend the  form. I will keep your name so if they call, I will confirm the relationship. We are not your exclusive agent and only will earn a commission on a new home when you register us as your new home agent and will share half of our commission with the seller/builder’s approval at closing. Once you have registered, we will provide you with a letter to the builder approving your being credited with 50% of our commission at closing to share with the builder and the closing agent when requested. That is all there is to it.
